Get a foot tub/container. Fill with half warm water, half yellow listerine, half vinegar. Soak for 10 mins 2x a week.

Taken orally in pill form, I think it takes six weeks to rid it from your toenails, but it will be gone. Go see your doctor. The creams are only temporary fixes.

Lotrimin AF is the best for sandpaper thigh, so it's probably the best for athletes foot also.

The blue works very well on your feet…however, sprinkle some on your crotch and it will light you up!

Our football coach used Jim Wade on us. It works but be prepared for the burn.

One of my kids had bad athlete’s foot so I went to the store to find some OTC medicine. I’m not sure why, but when I started scanning the shelves, I told myself to find something for jock itch. I couldn’t find anything and I was surprised because lots of companies make stuff to treat AF but I was looking for jock itch medicine. A female worker walked by and I asked where the medicine for jock itch was. She wouldn’t look me in the eye but pointed to one product on the bottom shelf and hurried away. I read the bottle and realized my mistake. Humiliating.

in addition to changing shoes and socks and keeping your feet dry, and everything else everyone's saying, you have to wash your tub/shower after each use with bleach/comet.

Put your shoes in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer. It’ll kill any fungus in your shoes.
Buy fungicure spray. Spray your feet every night. Let it dry and sleep in socks. Freeze your shoes every night.
This will do the trick, you just have to be persistent in the routine.

If you can, let your feet dry out in the sun for about 10 minutes halfway through the day. Try to get sun on all surfaces for at least 5-10 minutes halfway through each.
And lower your A1C if high.

Epsom salt is the way. Youll feel it working immediately.
Soak at least once a day until it’s completely gone.
