AT&T lines down in Kenner/NewOrleans

Been at the Airport in Kenner ( MSY). Phone lines as computer modem lines have not been working at the Airport.
Does anyone know specific details about this 3 day problem ? Timetable for restoration?

Some airport construction worker dug and hit an ATT fiber line a few days ago.
