AT&T cell internet seems to be down - BR

Not sure if it’s everywhere or not. I’m in downtown BR area and lost it. I was able to connect to a WiFi network but nothing via cell service

Yep. Data is down, that’s why you see the large decrease in post on TD over the past 30 or so min

We live near old Goodwood and have no AT&T cell service. AT&T internet is working at the moment but who knows how long that will last.

No phone service with Google project Fi, Verizon is still allowing internet

If you really need connectivity drive around when it's safe and you may find a signal. In the aftermath of Laura there was one particular tower near me that worked when everything else was down. It had low power so I had to drive out pretty near to it but at least I could get messages in or out

Lost AT&T cell phone signal around 11 PM last night, in Prairieville, driving to Houston now, just got cell phone signal back around Saint Martin Parish

Yep, we have AT&T internet (Old Goodwood) and it seems to be up but not the cell service. I’m honestly shocked

Add this to the list of times AT&T has screwed the pooch in times of need

I’m using the hospital’s wifi. Once we leave, I don’t know how I’ll communicate with anyone.

My parents live in BR (Shenandoah) and I can’t reach them since around 11p last night. No texts, calls, nothing. Tried texting one of my friends and doesn’t go thru either.

My hometown went completely dark. Idk how my neighborhood looks. I’ll go check in a little while. I live right down the road from the hospital.

In general I think our society is too litigious, but is ATT not due for a class action lawsuit over this kind of thing?

Wife did something magical and it works off AT&T WiFi.
Got the generator running and plugged up the WiFi & Tv, fridge, and shop fan up around 3:30 am.

Yep AT&T is down during an emergency. Again. Verizon is working. We have a Verizon Mifi and that's how I'm communicating with people.
Definitely time to switch. AT&T is going to lose a bunch of customers from this.
