Just up to the match? Damn... I think 22, right when I started working. And I was only making something like 25k total living in Chicago

It's free money and the time value of it is considerable at that age.

Ah, all 3...I still haven't. The HSA part is the kicker. I didn't/don't have a lot of medical expenses, so that money performed much better in my personal investment account...and I don't think my company had an HSA match.

The question shouldn't be contribute to match....but Max allowable...and earliest month in year....commish guy here so big fluctuations...earliest Max allowable was May in early 30s
