Or, the tear gas caused more deaths when people start to trample people without even thinking about it.

I’ll never understand the irrational hatred some people have for soccer. I understand why some people don’t like it, which is fine. Different strokes for different folks, but the hatred some posters have on this site for soccer is bizarre.

I didn’t say I hate it. It’s a game for children that shouldn’t be played beyond age 10.

So because you don’t like it for whatever reason, it’s a silly game for young children? How bizarre.

Not really. There’s virtually no strategy involved, minimal athletic skill required, and the majority of adult soccer fans are low IQ trash.

It’s a cute little game for children to play before they move on to real sports, but beyond that it’s pathetic.

The sport is designed such that a flop can be the play of the game.

I’ve always enjoyed mass brawls but this is horrific.

Incorrect. My children are dominating the 3, 4, and 6 year old leagues in my town.

Every elite athlete in the world playing football, baseball, or basketball could step on a soccer field and be a phenom. If a soccer player tried that, they wouldn’t make it past a developmental league.

I'm sure a soccer fan will argue you up and down but this is 100% the truth.

Well you do have to be in great shape, but that kind of reinforces the point that it's designed for children. From a parent's point of view, make the kids run around non-stop until they are worn the frick out, and make it so hard to score that nobody ever gets blown out and cry about it.

It really is the only sport where it's more fun to watch 6 year old's play it than adults.

You have literally no support or basis for that statement

ETA: And if it were actually true, you wouldn’t have football players breaking themselves for the league minimum if they could go be a soccer phenom and make $10M/yr.

And the majority of fans of every sport has low IQ trash fans. Your post included.

That’s literally the argument you soccer dorks make about why USMNT sucks arse. Our best athletes don’t waste their time with soccer.
