This is pretty freaky. Basically, sounds of whispers and whatnot can apparently soothe you. Give it a try. Preferably with ear phones or head phones.

Annoys the shite out of me. Super slow. Boring. I gave these a fair shot too. I tried a lot of these when i first found out about this "ASMR" bullshyte. It's like those 3d magic eye things.. IT NEVER WORKS FOR ME.
