Damn Roger, OP, and Stout. I am not particularly religious but will try and send good thoughts y'alls way.
I am living through something similar and know that you have to keep your spirits up. You also have to handle your business medically, even when you would rather take an arse whipping than go to the Dr. one more time.
My best to all of you, and yours.

That sounds almost exactly like what my brother went through. It was cancer but he had surgery a few months ago and is now in the middle of chemo treatments.
The chemo is somewhat light. He hasn't really gotten sick. Just tired. And he has some weird reactions to cold. He says it feels like getting a bunch of static shocks.
Anyway, I say this because he's going to be fine.
I had to have a colonoscopy after we found out my brother had it and if your brother has it you will need to as well. I'm kind of a ticking time bomb. My mom had breadt cancer, dad died from lung cancer and now my brother.
I will say a prayer for your brother and your family. God bless.

Caught mine before it became cancer. That surgeon is magical man. He put me back together like a fricking boss. This giant scar is most gone. He's an artist.
