I don't really consume sugar on a routine basis. And I don't eat in a pattern that promotes insulin resistance.
Checked last year, all well. Blood pressure creeping above its old 117/76 number.
Increased water intake. Actually go next month to check it out.x

In early college I ran a lot. Lifted weights a lot. Ate a lot.
Started travelling a ton for work in Europe and Asia. Kept eating a lot even though I wasn't running. Drank even more.
Meat, cheese, and starch.
I can eat a 2.5lb sirloin from does, a few beers, and be ready to go out after.
Actually down about 11% of my body weight since July.

306 and 6ft. Used to be an inch taller. Had a few bad accidents and I'm legitimately shorter now
Odd body shape. Legs are very lean but a shorter inseam. Long torso and long arms. Put it to you like this. The low pro cage in my offroad had to be built for someone 4 inches taller than me.
