Artemis might have WiFi, honestly I have no clue. But the quote has nothing to do with Artemis

Also, WiFi wouldn’t “extend to the moon” there would be a WiFi router on board the ship…

The earth gets hit all the time but with atmosphere they burn up and are much smaller.
