Arrest warrant issued for latest ice cream licker

He licked and returned the ice cream to the freezer but later said he bought the exact container. The store was forced to dump the entire freezer. We need to start euthanizing anyone this stupid.

They should beat him until he pees on himself, on pay-per-view. The proceeds could help the store recover costs, since he is probably unable to pay restitution.

Is this still a thing? I think maybe this phenomenon proves what they now say about not saying the name or showing the photo of mass killers. People really are willing to do anything for fame.
