While I don’t condone the Sgt’s behaviour I guess it’s better telling him to leave than shooting him in the face for riding a bike/walking on his yard like a certain black homeowner did up the road in Charlotte to a 5 yr old white child

Actually, no it wasn't. The guy's wife is off to the right of the camera in their yard. The video was taken by someone who was worried about how the situation was playing out and didn't want him to become another statistic.

If I was on public property, I'd get defiant too. Am I supposed to answer some random freaking person demanding to know why I'm there if I'm on public property and not acting weirdly?
