Sure it can... Of course they'd need city parish approval and then the subdivision would be responsible for all road maintenance from that point forward.

No. It can't be done. Once the play is filed with public roads, they become statutorily dedicated. You can only privatize roads at the beginning of the development.

False. Based on past experiences anywho....
Lived in a neighborhood that considered putting a gate at the entrance but ultimately voted against because it would mean all maintenance on the roads would revert back to the 'hood.... Not sure of the exact process to make it happen but I believe it's possible.

The arrest happened in my next door neighbors driveway. He was not abused. He was in handcuffs screaming that he was being abused while bent over the squad car no one was touching him while he was screaming abuse. He wasn't asking for his lawyer instead he was threatning them claiming his aunt was Denise Marcelle.
As far as I know there were only two suspects.
