Now Mrs. Hill, 69, has been arrested and charged with capital murder after her husband, 65-year-old Frank Hill, was found dead.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department received a 911 call around 3:00 p.m. Saturday from Mrs. Hill herself. She told police she shot her husband.
