Did the kid have a weapon on him or anywhere near him? The answer appears to “No”. That being the case, the cop is a murderer and should be severely punished.

Right, because we all know cops have X-ray and night vision, so they can see though the body of a truck and through the dark, at both people at once (gecko vision too) so that no honest mistakes can possibly be made. I mean it is entirely too much to expect the totally innocent people being stopped to not reach around for shite and make movements at the worst possible moment. Cops should just use their superpowers so they know the intent of every person in every encounter, so they don’t get killed. Wonder why so many of them get killed?

You should get a police officers view on this subject.

It has been explained to you repeatedly by multiple people. My explaining it again to you won't change the fact that you have the IQ of a grapefruit and/or you have no desire to admit that you are wrong and you just believe you are above laws and that they shouldn't apply to you if you don't like them. It is a pointless endeavor and one that will lead to you claiming whatever victory you want to claim because I, yet again, call you a moron.

That opens up every officer to a civil suit for a speeding ticket

If you intentionally or even mistakenly injure someone or damage someone's property, you could end up being responsible for paying for the other person's losses. This is known as "civil liability."
would have to be insanely egregious enforcement of a speeding ticket to cause damage/harm. why shouldn't they be held liable like everyone else if they are causing wrongful damage?

doctors dont want to get sued for malpractice or get civil suits either. Real big brain take that a party being held accountable wouldn't appreciate being held accountable.

But it hasn’t. Nobody came up with an actual answer, just repeated smooth brain name calling, like you are doing now.

They did. You just weren't interested in reading it, or you ignored it. Go back, dig up your anchored thread, and read. You'll find the answer.
And I'm the one who said smooth brain in that thread, please give me credit.

Please tell me you’re not a cop. Cops and military are held, and should be held, to a higher standard. Sometimes that higher standard means you get shot at, or shot, first. It is what it is. Cops should not be little bitches and walk around scared that everyone is out to shoot them. Neither cops nor military can “shoot first and ask questions later”. It’ doesn’t work that way. The cop has an obligation to ensure he’s taking a good shot. If not, the expectation should be that the cop is held accountable for his actions. Why is that so difficult for you to comprehend?

And it should have nothing to do with any thread. Instead of debating, you resort to hostility and theatrics. You and BLM have more in common than you think.

Again, I along with several others provided plenty of facts and debate to your thread. You just didn't like it and refused any logic and reason that anyone gave.

You can say there were facts and debate to my point on registration, but there weren’t. Nobody touched that.

I have only one upvote to give.
Railroad conductor is a more dangerous job than being a cop.
