it immediately puts them on the defensive and they back down a few notches. I've noticed that this is pretty consistent. Although there are some exceptions

Is this just cops or people in general?
To some extent, people in general But I think it's interesting because people don't expect that from cops because they think they're always alpha. I don't think most people realize the jocular power play that goes on in the locker room of most police departments.

Assuming this guy just came out of no where what would you do in this situation?
Walk the frick away, like you're supposed to. Don't know what that guy's talking about and he has nothing to do with me.

. And for the guy to say at the end of then video that they have no evidence the investigator was drinking on the job makes me question his motive.
His motive is irrelevant. It serves a purpose as far as I'm concerned. Like I said, I feel like the cop passed the test. Maybe for the wrong reasons but still. Non reactionary cops are difficult to find.
This is America, jack. You should be able to walk up to law enforcement and say whatever you want without getting a ridiculous reaction from them as long as you're not making any specific threats of violence, confessing to committing any crimes or having the intent to commit any crimes or interfering with their ability to do their job.

And female cops are very good at it. Which is why I think we need more of them. Guys have too much ego and pride.
I do agree with this.

Challenging the patience and maturity of an individual granted immense power by our society to execute a dignified position, such as law enforcement, makes you a "bitch that needs an arse whooping"?
If anything, we need more John Q Publics that are willing to stand up to the government, not bend over. Sounds like you're the bitch. Lick those boots, baw.

Love the cop telling him it is “his property.” No sir, it is the tax payers property, the same tax payers who pay his salary.
Jesus this is dumb.

Furry actually took down a lot of her YouTube content and moved to a subscription based website. $12 for a year.
Furry is a former Army Ranger, I think, who is transitioning to female. Furry was shot by a security guard during an audit but the L.A. DA refused to press charges.
The audit community is very inclusive.
