What context makes "I hate America" and "I hate Americans" give me, an American, the warm fuzzies?
I think her context was meant to say I hate it when Americans buy my products and tickets.
Is licking food products that you know someone else is going to buy bioterrorism? At a minimum, she needs to undergo STD testing and publish the results.

NOt to mention the fact that she actually went into a donut shop to begin with. Did she mistakenly think she was at a health food store? If you want a healthy lifestyle, you don't even set foot in the place to begin with. She will have to try harder to think of a better apology than that.
