I feel like you could challenge this in court and get a settlement. It’s not illegal to sleep with coworkers in private business. I’m not sure how it’s legal to classify legal acts as fireable contractual offenses.

he was her superior at a public educational institution, there is not school thats going to allow that. Not to mention she got a 55% raise last year , almost certainly as a result of her relationship with him. So thats fraud or something right there, and I guess that is public money.

Well for one, he isnt the CEO, 2nd id assume there is a moral turpitude clause in his contract for just such and instance
