Are you ok with people allowing their dogs to poop on your lawn even though...

they clean it up afterwards?
I see this all the time. They'll let their dogs drop a load on someone else's lawn and scoop it up.
It this rude and/or inconsiderate?
The act of dog crapping on your lawn to begin with

Why would I care about that?

Umm if they clean it up what’s the problem
Posted on 10/10/18 at 10:00 am to Tarik One
How would I prevent that?

So let me get this straight... you get pissed when people clean up after their pet?
Really?
Really?

If you are bothered by this, you need to move out to the country where nobody will step foot on your property.

Is this what the OT has become?

this is actually an improvement from the "which way do you wipe your arse?" threads

Well they're probably taking a leak too and won't that kill the grass?

That's infinitely more considerate than the people with "outside" cats that allow them to roam around and shite in my flower beds

If they are cleaning up I don't see a problem..There is a guy down the street that lets his big dog out at night and the dog takes huge cucumber size dumps. At first I thought it was human. Three neighbors are pissed about it..But now I realize I haven't seen the dog in a few months..Maybe he got the message or maybe the dog got the poison..I am not asking anyone about the dog..I don't want to know.

It doesn't bother me if the dog poops in my yard and the owner doesn't clean it up. It's outdoors.

First...my dogs only shite in my yard unless I bring them somewhere for hours.
Second...once a dog goes into the "shite wobble legs" there is no stopping them. As long as it's cleaned up IDGAF.

As a dog owner, it's very hard to predict or control when/where they choose to drop a load. I always clean it up, but asking me to make sure they ONLY go in my yard is impossible.
First of all, dogs, like any creature, prefer not to "shite where they eat". Meaning, if given the choice, they prefer to go on someone else's lawn instead of in the backyard where they spend most of their day.
Second, I keep mine in the yard while at work, so I really have no way of knowing whether they've shite already before I take them for a walk...I mean I suppose I could survey the whole yard looking for a fresh steaming pile...
Third, I once watched one of mine pinch a loaf in my yard right before his walk, then 5 minutes later lay another couple turds on the walk. It was a marvel to witness back-to-back huge dumps. Point being, there's just no predicting sometimes.
As long as it is picked up, who cares? There might be a bit of residue, but it's washed away in the next rain. Besides, you've probably got squirrels and other critters crapping all over your yard all the time.

One of my neighbors walks her dog and lets it crap in people's yards. A lady confined her about it and asked her to stop making shite deliveries in her yard.
Her response - "that might be from a different dog."
You can't fix stupid.
