I don't think about it much. I will say on weekend nights when it's mostly teenagers workers there, I get a little nervous about my food regardless of the race of the workers. . I picture food fights in the kitchen, and other drift from policy, because the regular managers are probably not there.

Dude there is probably 1, maybe 2 if you are lucky, chickfila franchises per city. Why the frick would they waste a franchise in the middle of the hood? You'd be a terrible owner.

Hold up are you telling me Chick fil a is racist? I thought the only hated the gays? First they are getting rid of the spicy chicken biscuit now they are racist? frick this shite. I need answers.
ETA: Upon further investigation your accusations are unfounded. There is no proof Chik fil a is racist. However they maybe shooting their self in the foot in regards to the spicy chicken biscuit.

Chick fill doesn't franchise in the traditional sense. Last time I looked into it you fill out an application and pay a fee, something like $1,000. They get like 20k of these a year and only pick 75 or so. If you're selected then they pay for everything: land, construction, marketing, literally everything. Your job is to manage the store, that's it. You don't actually own anything. And you can only have 1 store so there is no "empire building" with chickfila. Their cut of your revenue is also considerably larger than other fast food franchises but that makes sense since they covered all but $1000 of the investment.

I pulled up at a taco bell in Michigan. The girl working the window was white, covered in tattoos, and she had more piercings than I could count. The guy who brought the food to her was equally adorned.

Nope. Now there is shitty service and good service type of restaurants (a-la Chick-fil-a, Cane's, and your random well run place). But when it comes to regular crappy service, I don't care if it comes from a black, white, Hispanic, Asian, etc.. It's all the lowest common denominator putting my order together.
