Are you more comfortable eating fast food made by people of your own race?

I'm latin and I'm more comfortable if other certain Latin people are the ones making my food.

my perfect FF employee would be a white high school kid. In the 80's that is what the avg employee was at FF places.

This has nothing to do with the race of the workers. Chick fil a employees smile because they're actually paid a livable wage. But their racist/bigoted franchise owners won't open up restaurants in predominantly black areas

I doubt they pay their employees much better than other FF places...at least not enough to make it a "livable" wage. They just have a better screening process and management...customer service is a priority at Chic-fil-a and raising canes

This notion that only white people work at chikfila is retarded. Next time I go to chickfila I will take a picture of all the blacks working there. It isn't a race thing, chickfila has created one of the best working and customer service environments.
