Are you impressed when someone kills it on Wheel of Fortune?

Even though some of the categories can be amateur, there is no denying that dominating performances on Jeopardy earn our admiration and appreciation. But how impressed are you when someone solves multiple puzzles on Wheel of Fortune? While I am no good at it, most winners stumble into the answers. 90% of the show turns of to be luck.

I am more impressed that they let the people keep the amount of money they made in 2nd and 3rd place.

Instead of reducing a 2nd place total of $20,000+ to $2000, etc.

You gotta have the balls to keep spinning when you already know the puzzle and rack it up.

Nah, it's like 75% luck, 25% just not being a total moron.

Edit: I do get irrationally angry when people buy vowels when it's obvious what the vowels would be.

My grandma could solve every puzzle with maybe three letters. Then she would bitch when they would pick a wrong letter or not solve fast enough. I was always impressed with her Wheel of Fortune skills.

Yeah, I don't understand that. I also don't get why the audience applauds when someone pays for a vowel that's in the puzzle. And why do some people solve the puzzle when they have $250 to their name. Why wouldn't you keep spinning in that case. All so perplexing.

Or when it's obvious what the solution is, the hug spins and hits an amount and asks for a letter that there is only one of instead of a letter where there are multiples and then gives the solution, thus leaving money on the table.

The really smart people are on deal or no deal. They keep saying numbers of cases. Who knows that many numbers? It's mind bottling.

There's a chick from Lafayette who absolutely killed it on Wheel of Fortune a few years ago. It was very impressive. She solved the bonus round with only like two letters. I think she ended up winning like 90k a car and a euro vacation. There was a youtube video of her but I think it's been removed.

Anyone ever notice when the “final spin” sound dings and Pat spins wheel....he purposely knows where the bankrupt is and leans in/adjusts his spinning power to purposely avoid it.

If more players played like this, they’d run the board.

There was a puzzle one time that was solved except for one letter: "Your _oose is cooked" The lady screamed out "Your moose is cooked!"
