I've always thought with even a tiny amount of practice, which I'm sure they get before the show, it would be fairly easy to avoid these.

What really grinds my gears is when its obvious what the answer is, even to the player, they take that one last spin, and call out a rando letter that only has 1 on the board, then solve, leaving say a double or triple letter uncalled, basically costing themselves money
