Me too. Someone gave me one, then I bought the other for work. But I will say I'm willing to spend $30 to keep my drink cold at work. Just not $400 for a cooler for cold drinks at the camp/beach. My Coleman does the trick for that.

I have several.
But to be honest, i use the normal generic coolers way more often cause they aren’t heavy AF

No one ever emarassingly buys a yeti. You just get them from vendors apparently

They call it Tommy Hilfigga. But that’s their word, we can’t use that

Yep, I wish I was that lucky. I had to buy mine.

The YETI chests are garbage and not worth it. The Yeti bucket on the other hand is a great value

I really don’t give a flying money shite if it’s perceived as trashy or not by the OT as much as I wonder why I need such an expensive cooler for myself. If I ever find the need, I’ll fill it, but for now, I just don’t see why I need one.

I never started buying them.

My 65 came from a vendor. The same Vendor will be sending me a 110 next month. I was pleasantly surprised with the 65 but no, I wouldn’t shell out the money myself. it is great but not worth the price difference of my Coleman to shell out hard earned cash.
I bought my Wife’s YETI Tumbler, my three tumblers are Ozark Trail/Arctic.

A few years ago, one of the beer companies was selling a old school retro ice chest and that damn thing was over $200 - geez

Got the window sticker, too.

I'll say this - when you own a $300 ice chest, you certainly hope you're not buying another one in the next 5 years.
It reminds me of that Mitch Hedberg joke about buying a $7 pen because he got tired of losing pens and not caring.

I have a Yeti. Bought it when Yeti was the only company making that kind of ice chest. Many years later it is still in great shape. However, if I was to by another one today I would just get one of the cheaper knock off versions. For me, it's only about the performance.

Got a yeti soft side for a gift, never would have bought one for myself. I did buy four Rtic hard coolers when they were dumping them half off a yr ago. Trust me, they get used hard, but I DGAF what ppl think about me or my coolers.

This is the type of person who buys Yeti products.

Wife got one as a bonus from work 5 years ago. A 45qt. Used it less than 5 times.
