Yes. Japan has a caste system that was abolished in the 19th century, but it still remains informally. The Burakumin were the low caste. They were untouchables who did the nasty shite. They are still discriminated against, supposedly.

There are trashy people in Japan but they largely stay out of sight and out of mind because the Japanese don't tolerate that shite. Most Asian countries have a lot of shite happen that we dont hear about because of their culture of saving face. China is terrible about it but the other countries do it as well.

I spent 2 weeks there a loved it. It was extremely clean even though 90% of the population lives in cities denser than Chicago. Wasnt uncommon to see Japanese people picking up litter (eventhough it's rare for them to do it in the first place). The women were good looking and I only saw one fat chick the entire time I was there. Would find a nice Japanese chick to marry and immigrate if I didn't already own a business and have a wife I liked.

The machines say used but they really aren't used, just made to look used.
There were places that sold used panties years ago but the police cracked down on that. They weren't in vending machines though.
