Are there any shippers out there that aren't completely incompetent?

I’m expecting an important package. I ordered it last Friday and was expecting it no later than this coming Saturday. It wasn’t shipped by DHL until Tuesday, but at that time it was still expected no later than Saturday. Now, I’m not expected to get it until this coming Tuesday. Why the delay? It was originally shipped from Houston Texas. It then went to Mableton, Georgia. Now......
They sent it back to f*cking Houston. I’m on the f*cking Northshore. It has now passed me twice.

Got rerouted like you said for some reason. I thought dhl got out for domestic and is back strictly to international deliveries

It is good practice not to order anything you actually need around a major holiday, particularly two of them. Good luck.

I didn’t "order" it per se. It’s prescription medication that is on a set schedule.

Yeah, the sucks. Had that happen to a family member this time last year, but it was for......anti-rejection meds, he's a transplant patient. They had to drive to the VA in Birmingham to get another prescription filled. Two days later the original showed up in the mail. They kept the second prescription, didn't mention it to anyone, in case this issue ever happened again.

Short answer is no. Long answer requires how much money you are willing to spend and how quickly you require the package.

We have a server being shipped from Dallas to Gretna, shipped via Fedex two weeks ago... Tracking shows it's currently in France, yes France the country!
