Are speed-trap towns affected a lot by the outbreak?

I wonder how many new traffic violations will be invented to make up for lost revenues due to much fewer cars on the roads.

Cops in Spanish Fort AL are pulling people over for going 59 in a 55. That driver was I.

One thing I wish this virus could create is the idea that Quotas are frickin stupid.

WBR was teeming with city, parish, and state cops last weekend.

With Coushatta Casino closed down, the village of Fenton has probably lost most of their revenue, with out the folks from Texas driving through there. Watch out when that Casino opens up again.

I was once caught in a WBR speed trap disguised as a surveying crew.

I would argue that NOLA is a speed trap/red light trap town with all the damn cameras and roving camera vans. And they are definitely affected because there are no cars on the road. frickers.

Two weekends ago I was traveling in the midwest and there was a huge police presence. I lock CC in at 75-76 and 10 minutes into the driver I didn't see the cop until it was too late. Car in the passing lane hit his brakes while I did not. 5 seconds later he pulls out and I see in my rearview mirror the driver didn't even wait for the lights before pulling over. After that I saw a ton of county cops but they were all occupied with other cars. The weird thing was flying through Chicago's bypass (45mph) I stuck with 70 and state cops really didn't seem to GAF since traffic was flowing good.
