At least WBR is honest that they just want your money. The last ticket I got there (granted, a few years ago), the back of the ticket literally gave you instructions on how to send your money in to request it be changed to a non-moving violation. No traffic school or anything.
I gotta respect that. I wasn't even mad. They were like "We got you, but we don't want to frick you completely. Just give us some cash, man." Not like EBR where the parish makes you pay other connected vultures even more money to keep it off your record.
