No such thing. A “Realtor” is just someone who is a member of their local Realtors’ Association.
A real estate sales license is issued by the state.
You do not have to be a “Realtor” to sell real estate.

Dual agency is legal in Louisiana - but the seller has to give written permission for the listing agent to act as a dual agent. So if she/he told you that, most probably the client did not give permission

Wrong. Realtors are members of the national association of realtors
