PRE-med and PRE-law are both annoying. Most of the pre-meds don't last long since they get weeded out quickly by whatever class the particular college uses to thin the herd. A ton of pre-law students are just people with no major and it sounds better than I have no idea what I want to do. That can go on for years.
1Ls may be the most insufferable people on earth. I couldn't even stand them when I was one. I broke the mirrors in my apartment so I didn't have to look at another one. I met my wife after she finished med school so I have no idea what she was like then and I don't remember ever being around any med students enough to judge them in part or as a whole.

met my gf at LSU as an incoming freshman, she was a senior, headed to law school, I basically went through the whole deal with her, friends with all of her friends, studying with them throughout the whole thing, imo, no one is more knowledgeable or obnoxious than a first year law student, unless it's a recent grad that's been accepted to law school

I have a med student acquaintance who used to be a friend before he became unbearably annoying.
He will not shut up about how he’s going to be a rich doctor. How he’s going to bang all of the nurses. How he’s going to live in San Diego and the girls will flock to him. Spewing racist, alt-right bullshite. Socially inept. We were in line for a bar once and he told a couple of guys that he wanted to murder all Mexicans, then snuck pictures of two girls’ asses and wondered why they got creeped out and left.
Nobody in my friend group likes him and we ultimately kicked him out.
