You skinny cigarette smoking motherfrickers. Get a Camaro ZLI and decimate anything less than $300,000. 10speed auto for the win. Shifts faster than your old arse will. High 10 second quarter mile and 201mph. Just starting her up will make your dick hard.

Where are the twisty roads around south Louisiana?

No. Not gay.

In the end I went with a c5 because I’m too chicken to get greasy on a Porsche. The corvette forums and YouTube videos show you basically how to do anything you’d want to one, if you need such guidance.

The c5 corvette is a much less “cool” car by many people’s standards.

Go with the 911 Eta never mind. I see you want to tinker.

If you go 911, you don't have to tinker. You already have a well balanced car. The only reason to tinker with a Boxster is that it is not a 911 and the owners want them to be.

The s2000 came to mind, as well. I wonder how much they’re going for these days. It has 240hp with just a 2.0 4 cylinder & rwd.

Many bayou roads around Louisiana. Road quality is not great, but they wind with the shape of the bayou. Plenty of fun.

If you want a pure driving experience with a robust aftermarket that won't break the relative bank check out the GTI and Golf R. Assuming you forego the convertible...

Let the downvotes commence.

Going to be hard to find a Golf R in the $10-20K range, but very fun cars.

Save your money, and buy a Lotus Elise. Lightweight, minimal options to break, and Toyota drivetrain. Can't go wrong.

If you think Boxsters are cool, then you probably also love Miatas....which are also gay.

For starters, anyone driving a Boxster over a 911 announcing to the world they had to settle/poor... That and they love penis in their orifices.

Well, not everyone can afford a 911. I applaud someone who can’t afford one at least having good taste. Most who can’t take the white trash camaro route like the poster on top of this page.

Agree, just there are just better cars at that price point...some rather get less just to have the Porsche logo.

Personally I'd rather buy an older 911 than a newer Boxster, but that's me.

I don't go to mechanics. Period. If I blow an engine or need to rebuild a transmission I teach myself how to do it.
By tinker I mean I would do all the work myself.
