I'd agree with this. It's a learned behavior or an early way of getting attention then transitions into full blown criminality for most street crimes.
Crimes of passion or white collar crimes are something else. I'd assume that embezzlement is the most prevalent white collar crime and that's also a crime of opportunity. Not everyone has the available access to divert funds or sign checks for a company. They usually have an underlying issue too, 'shopping addiction', gambling or drug abuse.
That's not based off of anything but what I think though. Nothing to back it up.

I don't believe #1 and #2.
People are definitely predisposed to alcoholism whether it's the external environment they are raised in or internal issues such as anxiety, insecurity, or depression. It's mostly an internal problem so that makes it hard to 'fix'.
#2 - I believe most gay people are born gay. Nothing is going to steer me towards getting excited when I see a penis. From the time I was 8 years old, I wanted to see titties. I remember being a public pool one time and a strange lady was letting me swim to her. I tried to 'accidently' pull down her top on the downstroke of the swim. DIdn't work but i did get to touch a titty. I was no older than 8. I didn't try to swim down to guys crouch. Never even crossed my mind.
Ask a gay guy, they'll often tell you they had issues making friends as a young person because they formed unusual relationships with other guys and became possessive of them and that scared people off. That would happen before they knew they were gay, just starting to figure out that they were different.

It’s pretty well-documented that there are extremely high rates of mental illness among the homeless.
Asking if “criminals” are genetically predisposed is a bit of a wide net to cast. Serial killers, rapists, and pedophiles? Probably. Drug dealers and con artists? Probably not. So the real question is: which criminals?
When you look at crimes that are committed for profit, I don’t think genetics play as much of a role as economics. The rewards from street-level drug dealing are a lot higher in relative terms for someone making minimum wage than someone making $80k/year. There’s a reason for the term “white collar crime.”
I do believe that genetics affect someone’s general risk tolerance. But there’s also research indicating that people (especially men) don’t fully mature in terms of risk tolerance until their mid 20’s.

I got into alot of trouble when i was 18. Spent 16 months at Odyssey House in New Orleans. Changed my life. I still had battles, but managed to overcome.

Agree on both. I'm not sure if there's a gene for alcohol itself but I do think there can be one for depression and anxiety. Many turn to drugs but alcohol is legal and cheap so that becomes the option to self medicate a lot. I believe most people are born gay and I think it's a simple brain anomaly, but with propaganda onslaught of the last 10 years there are a lot more "choices"

Same answer for both. Some are definitely born that way or with a predisposition. Some are turned into that due to circumstances.
I know a girl that was molested by her own father. She can't remember a time when he didn't molest her. She HATES men and is a lesbian because of it.

They're just born poor
Depends on how you define "criminal." I'm guessing that rich people engage in a lot of behavior that is technically criminal - fudging on taxes, technically illegal business practices, financial shenanigans, etc. I'm also guessing that poor people engage in criminal behavior that may be more likely to become public and perhaps that physically involve danger to other people and property.
