Although at least in my industry, the customers are more pissed off that we were not going to sites to conduct tests in hot zones.

The "baws" I deal with at work respect the engineering and scientist folks.
They hate liberal arts type ppl.
TBH I respect a skilled tradesman over liberal arts degree any day.

Most of the TD users I know IRL attended but never earned a degree.

Trade workers (hvac and plumbing) and health care workers will be the last to go. Everyone needs ac and will pay to have it and everyone needs plumbing.
