Most of these people are full of it. Those buses pass every 15 minutes or so unless there is an extreme delay. Most will try to show up at a bus stop at 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment and blame the buses for making them late. They cannot comprehend that maybe they should be at the bus stop at 7:45 or 8:00.
ETA: At least that's the schedule in NOLA. I cannot believe BR would be more incompetent.
