have to wonder how he gained entry into the girl's locker room.

I would imagine they have doors. Hell, I have walked into occupied womens rooms twice in my adult life. Once too drunk to know, the other was sober in the middle of lunch. Both times occupied. You just cant say sorry enough.

IF video of underaged kids naked exists, they were harmed.

All the teen had to do was "identify" as a chick and he could've gone in there.

The two fit women I had both said "I don't care". I was shocked but their reasoning was sound (paraphrasing)..."I am not ashamed of my body, I work out hard to keep fit and if some dude gets off on that oh well".

Tough year or so at Galvez. Wasn’t this the same school with the pedo teacher sending pics of kids to the pedi custodian or something?

ETA: sure was….yikes, would have to pull my kid after this

Galvez has always been shady. I was there around 03-04 and it was shady then too

That's what my question is about. It's one thing to punish a juvenile, but something like this shouldn't be a lifelong punishment sentence. The article doesn't say he was sharing the videos. Hell, it doesn't even say he got to look at any of the videos before his camera was found. Expel him from the school for the year, make him go to juvie if you want, but this should be like most other juvenile crimes and be sealed from his record when he turns 18.

Wasn’t this a scene in Revenge of the Nerds?

Great scene. They stay up all night watching the Pi's. Next morning they're watching the girls brush their teeth.

Man I loved/related to that movie.
I still cry during Gilbert's speech at the end.

I would hope the kid would get a little understanding. I dont advise it, I would be furious if my kid did it, I understand everyone freaking out...but he is a pretty young kid, at the end of the day no one was really harmed I would hope.

A hidden camera is found in the exact same middle school where 2 former employees (one a teacher) were arrested for video voyeurism and distribution of child pornography a couple of years ago?

Doesn’t sound like the 2 are related. Unless you think the kid was in on it with the 2 adults from the prior story?

I agree. Expel the kid. Put some fear into him. Hardly seems right to punish him in the same way you would an adult.

I’d rather hear about this than I had trannies. Who hasn’t tried to get a peep? His mistake was recording it obviously. Just peep, fap, & go about your business.

Only one person involved was a school employee. She is still in jail. This is completely unrelated.

Crazy how so many people are justifying this, really fricking cringey actually.

Back in the day you'd just peep through a hole and then stick your tallywhacker through it only to have it grabbed by the meanest and most butch PE teacher in all the land, good ole Beulah Balbricker.

It’s sad that likely a good bit of people around here don’t get that reference, because it leads to one of the absolute funniest scenes in movie history with them talking to the principal.

Tallywhacker.

That scene literally makes me cry.
