Despite the fact that this relationship would be totally legal if he wasn't a teacher, he's a man so he's fricked.
I doubt he gets a few years of probation like those female teachers in Destrehan that double-teamed a 15 year-old.

One was a teacher in her second or third year of teaching, but only in her first year at my school. She looked way younger than she was, too. Most people thought she was a new student when they first saw her. Rumors were out there that she was messing with some students, but nothing solid. Not long after one guy graduated, they began their relationship openly.
Another one, a good looking chick, too, was busted in a relationship with a student. He was old for his grade, but I still think he was in like 10th grade, maybe 11th. She got booted from the school and left town, the boy quit school and followed her.
Both pairs are still couples today.
