I mean, I was pretty scared that my elevated PAI-1 would put me at high risk with the vax and was told by people on this board who claim to be part of the medical community that I was being hyper-vigilant multiple times. Turns out, I was correct and multiple doctors who have actually looked at my charts have since said I should absolutely not get the vax.

That paragon of journalistic integrity "Envolve" prints an article with no by-line, citing an unidentified AP article reporting what one of Jones' lawyers says, and you post "AP admits Alex Jones trial was just for "show"...?
Really?

There's also basic common sense, but that appears to elude you.

If Tigerdoc was to say "your parents dont' love you", do you have a right to sue him for $1000 for emotional distress?

Say what you want about its legal accuracy, the script here is a compelling one and the effects were spot on. The cast was largely unknown going in, but have mostly acquitted themselves well.

We either have freedom of speech in this country, or we do not. Yes Alex Jones is a POS for saying what he did, but that doesn’t make it legally actionable.

He did not yell fire in a crowded theatre.

Defamation claims predate the Constitution, and the First Amendment has never protected defamatory speech.

Must be reversed due to the chilling effect on free speech.

It was stupidity at it's finest, and no matter how "harmful" words may appear, they are just words and are not subject to legal recourse

Except defamation is literally a legal recourse that allows you to sue someone for the harm their lies cause

He can be a piece of shite (he is for this particular instance) and you can still see the absolute insanity of the size of the ruling.

This is a valid point.

When you compare it to Purdue did it puts a little perspective.

This brings up a question. Why did nothing happen to the people who worked for the FDA who was able to get Oxy labeled as non addictive in exchange for better jobs at Purdue? There actions allowed Purdue to do what they did.

You always attack the messenger. And it was very notable cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough reading a study that I posted. If you want to attack anyone attack the study.

Welcome to red pill land.

When people talk about deep state, they’re not just being Q Anon nut jobs. This is the sort of thing most are railing against.
