I'm only 6 months into my new career, so the thought has crossed my mind.

But then yesterday I was told that the guy in our office who is the healthcare expert was asked by DPH (where he used to work) to come back for a 5-6 month period to help with the outbreak, and I've just been given a much larger role and amount of responsibility.

If anything I think I can turn this into a substantial raise down the road.

Got laid off yesterday, will know more on Friday as they’re meeting to decide what they want to do, not too worried about fully losing my job, but yeah. I expect to be out more than a month.

Without, I just started. They’re trying to figure out a plan moving forward, plus a boiler blew up. Shut the entire plant down and they’re trying to kill two birds with one stone right now. Called 30 minutes ago and they’re looking at resuming operation next week. We’ll see.

Not worried about losing my job but slightly worried about losing some of my customers.
