What are they asking?

Rouge - A semi Prop Stop competitor near I-55 and Middendorfs.

Whatever they are asking, it aint worth it. It would take at least 10 years to turn any kind of profit operating a bar that only makes weekend revenue for 4-6 months out of the year.

Steve spent a lot of time and money on that place. I’d have to take a long look at the books before I dipped my toe into the water. They seemingly went all out.

Having said that, he may just be tired of it and have different priorities. Sale may both be due to financial reasons.

The one that always amazed me was Blind River Bar. You have to haul EVERYTHING in and out by boat and they might have been open 60 days a year. Since it burned I doubt it will ever be rebuilt.

Pretty much the same as Prop Stop.
