Not about college but I missed a lot of school during the fall of my senior year in high school due to surgery and I constantly have dreams that there is a big test that day I didn't know about that I am not at all prepared for cause I haven't been there
It's pretty strange bc I don't recall having any of those types of issues or anxieties at the time and I have never been one to stress about a test regardless of the situation, always felt like I'd either pass it or fail it and move on (usually didn't have to worry with failing)
Though now that I think about it I did miss a lot of class in a certain class in college and it bit me in the arse one semester but I never really worried much about it, I had to take it again so maybe that combined with the high school thing and that's the dream

I’ve had numerous dreams for years that I needed 3 more credits to graduate. Weird as shite.

I have these too. It means that we have self esteem issues and a lack of confidence. We are afraid that 'we aren't prepared' for certain things in life and/or have a fear of not being accepted.

Have the same dream and it always fast forwards to my career and I realize I didn't actually finish college and might lose my job.

All the time. My most frequent dream is I’m late for a test and can’t rember where the class is located and I don’t have my class schedule to tell me the location. All dreams are very real and I usually wake up in a panic.

Supposedly, dreams like that signify being anxious or frustrated about something going on IRL.

I've had that dream occasionally too. I think it is your brain telling you forgot something or you have something important coming up and you shouldn't forget it.
We probably have this dream because for a lot of us, this is the first time a failure can have adverse effects on your life. Fail the test, fail the class, don't graduate, and don't get the career you want.

I had the dream about not passing the last final and never graduating college. It went on for about 2 or 3 years and this was like 10 years after graduating college.I work in I.t. and was under a lot of stress at my last job.
The main issue was they expected us to know things that they never trained us on. So i would spend days reading tech books trying to apply it at my job. This seemed to be the main cause of my dreams about college. I believe the dreams came because of the stress of having struggles at that job. I changed jobs 5 years ago and have not had any stress like that since and have not had that dream ever since. I believe these dreams may come from stress at the job or maybe at home. Crazy stuff.

I have both of those and I also dream that they decided I never took Senior English (12th grade) and must go back and take it.

Here too, about once every couple of months now for 20 years. For some reason haven't been to class all term and show up the day of finals. Its always a math based class for me. Physics, Statics, etc...

I have this dream periodically. All my classes are going well and I'm headed for the Dean's list. Then I remember one class I haven't been to all semester. I debate whether to try and cram for the final and salvage something or just take the F.
