So the video was taken down off YouTube? I believe I have seen it because I seem to remember the "Why Gary, Gary Why!?!?"
In this day and age I wonder if he would have gotten the same sentence? I doubt it.
Unfortunately he probably would have to go to jail now because of the "pussification of America".

Ya may not remember this , but I flew with you and your dad to Dallas several yes ago , y'all going dove hunting and so was I , Talked at n o airport before the take off and during the flight , great guy , funny as hell as I remember. I tell this story to this day. God bless you and him as well

Yeah I remember.
I was at the airport when it happened waiting for my dads flight in from Dallas.
Jody and I are the same age and It has bothered me to this day about what he had to endure before and after that day.
I and my family always felt that it was justified
And back then the police and courts had some common sense and the sentence was appropriate. Im glad to see that Jody is doing well and posting here. It couldve been anyone of us his age that this happened to and my hats off to him for moving on and helping others.

That was my brother Mikey, but I remember when him and Daddy went on the Dove hunt with My Uncle Jeff and his two son's. Still have pictures from it. Pretty sure it was the early 2000's. I was living in Royersford or King of Prussia, PA at the time.
