I remember this like it was yesterday. I also remember my parents applauding Mr. Plauche for what he did.

Jody: Hope you are doing well.

Sure, there might be a couple..but thinking that the Plauche shooting is comparable to 99 percent of inner city violence is absurd, even for SJW's

Your father is a hero and a shining example of how to raise and support exemplary children. As a father of my own young son, I can't even imagine what you went through and then the anguish your father must have felt. I would guess I would react in similar fashion, though. Spauldings can go support pedophiles somewhere else.

I agree. The site is so big now so he will always get bites on his posts like that.

It's not even trolling at that point. It's unoriginal, not clever, and to follow up the troll with more shite just makes you look stupid. What's sad is that he probably thinks he is a funny/good troll and he is sticking it to TD

I concur..I admire your strength Jody and your ability to even remotely objectify your father's actions after your abuse..carry on man and you are a truly a role model for others..

Honestly, when it happened, I had mixed feelings. But as more facts came out, and through the years, hearing exactly what happened, I became much more understanding.

It was a long time before I truly understood everything. But once I did, I applauded him as well. I'm not typically one who typically advocates blood lust, but I think in that situation I would.

I watched it the very first time it aired. It was unbelievable. I remember seeing the blood literally form a pool around his head, and being horrified. It was so shocking. And at the time, a lot of people didn't know the full details. They didn't know if it was more motivated out of jealousy over an alleged affair with his wife, etc.

Once the truth came out, and you realized what had actually happened, it was clear that he did what he felt he had to do. Hey, I can understand if someone still questions whether or not it was the best thing to do. But to call Doucet even possibly innocent? That's delusional and cruel.

That is actually the first time I have ever seen the footage of the shooting. Glad he made a clean shot. Scum got what he deserved. And I am glad Jody took something so horrible and has turned it into something positive.

I'm just assuming some are incapable of emotion or never been a father.

No one who is a father would question Gary's decision.

BTR airport moved the phones to the secured area of the concourse after this incident. Prior to this, they were on the wall before the metal detectors.

I was 12... I Guess I didn't remember that well. I didn't recall seeing him with one after that. Maybe that's it.
