switch to half caff, then switch to decaff. I moved from half caff to those b-vitamin squirt things you put in water. Actually feel like I have more energy and clear headed than when I was juicin' on the coffee all day.

I used to drink Mt Dew like it was water... like 6-8 cans a day kind of water... was able to replace it with coffee.
Want to see the world burn? Take away my coffee.

Everybody is different.
I quit cold turkey about 2 years ago and had all of those symptoms except for Flu-like symptoms.
I was tired, had constant headaches, felt like I was in a dream, irritable, and anxious. I remember that quitting caffeine cold turkey it was the first time I had truly felt depression. I had been sad a lot and thought I was depressed, but this was something different. When people mentioned depression I'd think "Yeah, so what, I'm depressed too, but I'm still doing what I have to do." I don't think that anymore. The headaches were awful, being tired sucked, anxiety and irritability were tough to reign in, but the depression was, by far, the worst part. I saw no reason to be on Earth.
Eventually the symptoms went away. I was doing great and needed an extra kick to do schoolwork and BAM! I was hooked again. My productivity on coffee was just too extreme to ignore. I drink about 2 cups of coffee a day now.

Absolutely not. I would never.

I quit cigarettes and diet coke cold turkey (not at the same time). I never would have guessed it, but cigarettes was much easier and I truly loved my cigarettes. In the case of the diet coke, I think it was the aspertame more than the caffeine that I was addicted to.
Regardless, good luck and I hope it helps your headaches.

If you go cold turkey you'll be having raging headaches all day.

Quitting caffiene cold turkey will give you a headache that you will never forget... I promise.
Best to taper it off.

I’m 11 months sober. Tough at first. Headaches sucked. Anxiety died down a ton afterwards.
Have had 2 or 3 relapses with a Coca Cola but’s it.

Is quitting caffeine even possible?
Yes.
I was born with 5 congenital heart defects and about 2 years ago had an event that led to me having to quit drinking and stop my caffeine intake altogether.
I quit both cold turkey.
I drink caffeine free coke zero.
