What water do you stare at out of your condo in Biloxi and or Gulfport?

I was specifically talking about the water at Ship Island.

Not Biloxi beach.

I love the MS gulf coast, but the beach and water is trash compared to FL Panhandle. I live on the beach in Pensacola and there’s nothing in Mississippi that even compares much less comparing to Destin

Yep, at Pensacola bay the water changes from brown/mud to blue/green, and just gets better as you move East.

or drive the extra hours to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores.

Beaches are 20x prettier if you drive those extra hours.

Tarpon Rodeo rates are $750-$1000 a night with 4 night minimums.

Normal rates April thru Labor Day are $350-$500 a night with 3-4 night minimums.

Look at the Island Realty website and search their rentals.

I was on the nicer beach in OS last weekend. There was shite all in the water. Junk from old piers and shells mainly. Beach portion was decent though. The city keeps it clean

I know a few people in NOLA that have places in Waveland,BSL and Pass Christian. They could afford something in Destin or 30A if they wanted but they choose a place that they can commute to NOLA if they want to stay a couple nights during the week.

Dauphin Island might be your answer if you want the nicer beach with a shorter drive

When you buy a condo though, you don’t see that water. When you rent a condo, you have to have a boat or take a boat out there.

Commute to AL coast or Pcola/ Navarre/ Perdido Key isn’t that much more. I do it almost every weekend back to my house on the north shore

I never said anything about buying or renting a condo on the Ms Gulf Coast....I have no idea what you're talking about.

Wife (no pics) and I are looking into buying a second property that we could enjoy with our young children. We are 3 hours from the Gulfport/Biloxi area, and I think we would go at least one weekend a month and try to rent it out when we weren’t using the unit

The topic is about buying a condo in MS to enjoy the beach and water with kids. You posted some BS about how the water at fricking ship island is nicer than Destin.

Because that’s laughable

Jesus you really are dumb.

I was responding and agreeing with the poster that commented on how clear the water was at Ship Island last weekend when he took his grandkids.

I said, yes it was very clear, I could see about 4’down, just as clear as the water is in Destin. Which if you’ve ever been out there you’d know I was correct.

I said it was nicer than Destin or did I say clearer? Are we just going to start making shite up now?

Follow the thread and quit being a fricking idiot.

If you want to talk semantics, you’re wrong either way.
