This is a nice example of why it's best to not get too into recruiting. These guys are compensated for the interest they can generate.

He pulled the same stunt a few years ago, hyping up a huge news break for a couple days that turned out to just be a low rated punter. He tried to defend it by posting about how important special teams are.

In time we will look back and appreciate this season. Right now it is just tough to stomach another close one like that.

Also don’t the playoff teams comprise the final top 4 in the rankings? Legitimate question, not trying to be negative that would make us #5 at best.

Why would it be Texas? Won’t they be ranked somewhere around 15?

You post some really cringy shite sometimes.

The article was oddly specific about 1 or both of Holyfield and Herrien potentially moving on

I would be surprised if Herrien is still on the team next year. In additional to Holyfield and Swift - Cook will likely get a little more action, White will be in the mix (hopefully), McIntosh and potentially Cain will be there as well...Herrien could be looking at splitting carries with Prather Hudson in mop up duty.

He's a decent running back, but there are a finite number of carries and some other more talented mouths to feed.

Someone mentioned it in another thread this week, but forcing them to sustain drives is key. They will score their points, but we can’t let them do it in <5 plays.

Iron Bowl

Auburn moving the ball pretty easily. I don’t want Alabama to lose because beating Saban when they can’t afford a loss is a fool’s errand, but if Auburn can run on Bama then we definitely can.
Can we please play any other OL available today? Just get the starters out of harms way...
Definitely. We can soften most teams up by running up the middle all game, but that is close to impossible against Bama. Working the outside was he reason we were able to turn around and knock Auburn around in last year’s CG.

Just tried to look through their website...what exactly do they do? It looks like a Forbes list of buzzwords just vomited on the screen.

Replace Georgia with Florida. Make more sense for you then?
I would be careful posting any contact info. Rumor has it that Monteg still roams these waters.

I think it is part of the the appraisal. They basically say “it will be worth the purchase price once you fix these things.”

the inspection is just a general inspection, nothing FHA specific. Inspectors always find something. That's not an FHA thing.

FHA will absolutely do their own inspection, independent of any other inspection the buyer pays for. If they find anything, they require it to be fixed before approving the loan on the property. One of the many hoops to jump through when going FHA.
I don't understand his recruitment. He decommitted because we weren't throwing the ball down the field enough...but Tennessee has a worse passing offense than UGA, even though UT has been losing in basically every game and HAD to throw.

Got superstar Josh Allen with that second juke
Is Mack Wilson getting any draft buzz? He looked really good last night.

What does this have to do with Bama/LSU?

If Kentucky wins the SEC this season beating UGA plus Bama or LSU it would go down as the best underdog accomplishment ever in SEC Football.

If UK wins the SEC, do they replace UT in Big Six?
Can DawgsLife and djs take their banter elsewhere? While it is tangentially related to recruiting, it has turned into nothing but multiposts and reciprocating responses that are contributing nothing.
eh...seems like we have a good shot at several guys who look superior to Williams. If he ends up in this class, it means our original plans have horribly fallen apart.

Official UF prediction thread

Posted by ATLdawg25 on 10/23/18 at 2:25 pm
Seen a lot of disparity in predicted outcomes for this game - let's aggregate them here.

I think we win something like 34-20. I strongly believe the loss demonstrated the worst possible outcome for us - no passing game, missed tackles and busted plays, and abandoning the run. I think we can still have an off day and beat UF - if we come out firing on all cylinders (which might be for the first time this year?) this one could get ugly.

We have been written off after the LSU game - if the team responds with the right mindset, we are back in the thick of the playoff discussion on Sunday.
