Put a very small amount of toothpaste on it at night and the next morning. Then put the same amount of aquaphor on it for a couple days. It’ll be gone

Two suggestions:
Keep finger tips out of nose. In other words, don't pick your nose.
Pull the offending hairs out of the infected pores.

Yep.. And if you pop it you risk getting an infection in your brain that can kill you... Triangle of death.
