I love mountains but there’s something about them I find kinda disturbing. They’re so big and lonely and quiet.

The only thing that would creep me out would be the heights. Otherwise, silence can at times be golden. Of course if I happened along BigFoot, well that encounter would probably freak me out too.

I first time I can remember seeing a large mountain was at night. There was something blocking a lot of what should have been stars. Blew my mind.

You gotta watch out for the silent ones. I dated a shy girl who had the sexy librarian look....well she turned out to be part of cult. She liked to drank blood and suck toes....she was obsessed with the ouija board.

I had an incident in the mountains of West Virginia and it was t pleasant. Driving through steep mountain roads to get someone to the emergency room.that was a trio of just more visceral danger because the roads were so bad and the driver was so nervous to to the ill person, we were worried we’d tip off down the mountain.

But I’m thinking of more of the windswept timelessness of mountains and I can’t help but think of the lovecrsft stories of the horror in the hills and mountains of human origins and otherwise

Also, Met some of the mountain people in WV. Unforgetful experience lol

If a tree falls in the Forrest and there's no one around does it make a sound?

Nope, I solo hike 10Ks often. Just me, the animals, and the wind. Helps me recharge from the dysfunction of people.
