I find myself working out of town a lot in the Baton Rouge area with a ton of downtime in the evenings. I was eating dinner at the bar of a local restaurant recently and noticed all of the orders being picked up which intrigued me.

Looked into it and looks like you can bring in between $1,500 - $2,000 of extra income per month. And that's working 4 days a week with an average of 4 hrs per shift.

The only downside I can think of is the Baton Rouge traffic and me being on call in the evenings with my regular job which can cause me to be called back out to work.

Really thinking of trying to do this to pay my student loans back quicker.

Anyone have any experience with this company and could offer any type of advice? Thanks in advance

Do you have to refrain from killing someone if they stiff you on the tip?

yeah that's why I'm asking. Supposedly you make $5 per hr and the rest is tips and the days you would wanna work is Thurs-Sunday which is the busiest times.

Average around 2-3 deliveries per hr supposedly

Why not? Just say you only pulled $1,200 a month that's over $14,000 per yr of extra income. You can do so many different things with that extra money. I understand if you have kids and shite. But if I'm already out of town working might as well put that extra time to use

Have a friend who does. He routinely has deliveries to mobile homes to poor people who called waitr for McDonald’s delivery and they do not tip well. Good luck

I see them from time to time waiting at restaurants that I go to. They seem pissed off and the food is never ready in time for them.

Some dude was picking up Chick-fil-A in the mall today when I walked by. I like Chick-fil-A ok and all but who pays an extra $8-10 to have that delivered to them at 11:30 on a Tuesday?

Just ordered on Waitr and figured I would check the OT while waiting. I ordered from a restaurant that is 1.1 mile from my house and I tipped $3 on a $15 meal. Seems like you could kill it if you get enough orders like that.

I did note that the app tries to get you to tip based on percentage of the total AFTER they add in the $5 delivery fee. frickers. But at least they are trying to help their employees. I tip based on the amount of the food order.
