5mg a day. It helps a little. I workout 3-4 days a week for an hour. It throws off my kidney readings when have a physical, though.

Creatine is gospel. Best supplement out there. Especially for beginners. My cognitive function also shot up.

15 grams a day for about 4 months now.

Definitely have some strength gains. I’ve been curious about the literature supporting high dosages of creatine that increase cognitive function.

Dr. Rhonda Patrick has been talking alot about this recently.

Plus, I really enjoy the suppositories.

I’ve been supplementing 5 grams a day and it has produced some of the most positive outcomes from any supplant I’ve taken. It’s seems to have really helped with my mental focus and my energy level is up a notch and well sustained.

Help yourself by supplementing with ZMA as well

I take 10 grams a day.

Have done it for the last 3 or 4 months.

I have no idea if it actually does anything, but I keep taking it.

I’ve heard that everyone needs to get a brand that uses Creapure which is creatine made in Germany as most other creatine is made in China. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong

Been taking it daily for years. Everything I read says it has been exhaustively studied and is both safe and effective. Also understand creatine monohydrate is the way to go. CM is what has been studied and the more expensive exotic creatine is a waste of money.
Works for me.
