Let someone rearrange your face and have it wired shut for 6 weeks forcing you to a liquid diet. Your stomach will shrink, you will lose weight, and when you start trying to eat solids again your jaws will get tired and you won't eat as much. Guaranteed way to lose 30lbs maybe 60 depending on your size.

"Get busy living or get busy dying". Andy Dufresne

If you can't find the motivation inside yourself look outside to your family and friends. You are making a choice to live a shorter life which will likely get ugly medically in the latter portion.

I have type 2. I started off strong when I found out. Lost a quick 45. Quarantine has been my problem. I’m back up 20 but with no real effort. My family history is strong with the diabetes. However I lived before (hard drinker) was not helping things.

So they endocrinologist has me on extended release, basically 4 pills a day.

Here is the thing. I quit taking the Metformin consistently because my blood sugar runs between 70-95 consistently without meds. This morning at fasting it was 102. Off meds.

My last A1c was 5.7.

I don’t think I’m full blown diabetes. I think I’m Pre-Diabetes and they fricked my chart up. Now I’m forever diabetes.

Also the other advice I would give is go to a no sugar, low carb diet. It really helped me kickstart everything and immediately got my blood sugar levels correct. You have to be militant with it. Unsweet tea has become my lifestyle.

I’m getting back in the gym today. So be encouraged. Other fat fricks are dealing with the same things you are.

It ain’t easy. That’s why it’s called work. Get to it.

That‘s it cocksucka. It’s game Time: be a soyboy cuck or a fricking man. Play time is over. Be a lazy momo who loves to eat or take a hold of your life. You are too damn young to be tied to prescriptions

Change your life today. Throw away the junk food and go for a run. Don’t bitch about it being hot. Give results, not excuses.

Get on a low Carb high Protein diet. Get carb counter app and set your goals 10 lbs at a time. GL because diabetes is a heart attack waiting to happen.

If you cut your carbs to close to zero, your A1C should go down and/or you should reverse out. If you need help doing that, consider using this company:

Virta Health

It's a well-funded, Silicon Valley startup. They have had amazing numbers. Good luck.

You need to transition from eating as a hobby to eating for maximum efficiency for the body. It is hard. Set reasonable goals and know you will fall off the weagon. Don't beat yourself up, and just get back on the horse the next meal. It will take 8-12 months to establish new eating habits. Good luck.
