Non of the women posted are MORE attractive due to their tattoos, which is what the OP asked. Nothing can make Ms Piggy tattoo fatass attractive. She's vile.

As always, she would look appreciably better without the ink. It has no possibility of going any other way.
Tats on a woman's body may have some aesthetic value just as art, but within the context of the body itself it comes across like a rash, blemish, anomaly, whatever you want to call it. It has always gone without saying that smooth, monolithic, blemishless skin is a prime catalyst to female beauty. Just because "Tats r kewl" doesn't reverse that simple fact and never will.

As with all tats, if the ink is good and the artist top notch, it can enchance a woman’s sexiness imo.
Nata Lees dragon tat is sexy. I like women with a nicely inked dreamcatcher tat. I’ve seem several fit chicks at my gym with one and they clearly went to an artist that knows WTF they’re doing.
Problem is most don’t and get those nasty cheap black and green tats that fade.

If a woman is beautiful, tatts won't up their beauty, that's true. But it may make them hotter because it ups the slut factor.
Also tattoos significantly do up the aesthetic of big girls, like the ones posted above. The ink breaks up the large expanses of pale skin and shapeless flesh. Just like the swooshes and swirls help a boxy RV looks better.
